| Complete BCLP: | 3 months : soft palate repair (Widmaier technique), 6 months: lip repair and colummelar lengthening (Manchester technique and open rinoplastic), 18 months : hard palate closure (Vomer flap technique) 9- 10 years: alveolar bone grafting. |
